About 20 minutes before your scheduled pickup, you will receive a text message that includes:
The gate code for the lot. * For some trailers
A link to upload pre-inspection photos
These photos protect you!
Use this opportunity to document:
Any prior damage
Nails in the tires
Missing equipment
Anything that looks unusual
Once your pre-inspection photos are uploaded, you’ll receive the code for the trailer key box (all trailers have a lockbox attached).
When your rental is finished:
Return the trailer to the same location and the same parking spot.
Secure the trailer properly.
We will perform a final inspection for:
Damage
Cleanliness
Once the trailer is inspected and everything is good, we will release your deposit immediately.
